Advanced Water Based Antifouling Paint

Recommended for use on all boats and hull types. EP-2000 offers an exceptionally smooth, hard mar-resistant finish which is perfect for the racer who desires the fastest, cleanest, and whitest bottom. EP-2000 is also perfect for trailered boats.  EP-2000 is not compatible with other existing antifouling coatings but these can be easily removed with ePaint EP-STRIP paint remover.  For improved adhesion and to protect fiberglass from water migration and gel-coat blistering prime first using EP-PRIME 1000.  EP-2000 is self-priming on bare aluminum in certain applications and a tie-coat of EP-Prime 1000 may be used for others (download technical data sheet here for details). Steel surfaces must be primed with EP-PRIME 1000. DO NOT APPLY EP-2000 BELOW 60° F (15.6° C) or when relative humidity exceeds 65%.
