Freight Policy

All shipments are FOB Falmouth, MA. Please check your incoming orders immediately upon receipt for any shortage or damage. You must note any damage on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt. If necessary, ePaint will file the claim with the freight carrier. You must provide photos of damage and a damage report as required. In addition, you may need to hold onto the merchandise for an on spot inspection. Typically, freight is shipped pre-paid. If you have your on freight account we would be happy to ship your order collect. Please remember that we charge a standard $20.00 handling fee on pallet shipments.

Large orders of paint are often too heavy or too large to be carried by UPS. In these instances, your order will be shipped by common carrier. Please be aware that motor freight is very expensive. Once the items(s) have been shipped, you are responsible for all freight charges. Normally, items are not stopped in transit. If you request to have shipments stopped in transit, you will be responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

Shortage or errors

Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt. Any shortages or errors must be reported to ePaint within seven days of receipt.

Defective merchandise

A prior return authorization is required prior to returning any defective merchandise.

Returned Goods

At ePaint we pride ourselves in our customer satisfaction and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for some reason, you need to return a shipment, you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date of the item so that we can issue you a return authorization. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior return authorization. Please remember that returned items must be shipped back to us prepaid, in saleable condition, and in the original containers. All returned orders, except those that we incorrectly filled, will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Return shippers must be a HAZ MAT certified shipper.

Credit Card Sales

All internet orders must be paid by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not use C.O.D. for internet orders, but will ship C.O.D. on telephone or fax orders. C.O.D. orders are subject to a per box fee.

Warranties

Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and of merchantability are excluded. ePaint Company shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for incidental or consequential damages. By purchase or use of this product, buyer agrees that the sole and exclusive remedy, if any, is limited to refund of the purchase price, or replacement of the product at ePaint Company’s option.
